Founded in 1962 in San Pietro di Feletto (Treviso), in the heart of the North East, IMPA is today one of the most important Italian companies in the market of paints and varnishes. A modern company standing out for the professionalism, creativity and commitment with which it has developed services and products of excellence for 60 years in the decorative, industry and car refinish market sectors.
Impa offers coating solutions for the main production sectors, such as building, body car repair , industry,
marine, fire protection.
The presence of different skills, within the Research and Development Laboratory, allows exchange
of technologies between the various sectors.
Our certifications guarantee the respect for rigorous international standards which exceed the obligations provided for by law. The controls and adherence to development programmes, the awards and all the acknowledgements received go to demonstrate our constant commitment and a far-sighted quality policy.
Since 1992, IMPA joined “Responsible care”, the programme promoted in Italy by Federchimica and representing the voluntary commitment of chemical industries worldwide in favour of the environment and health and safety.
In 2000 the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification was achieved and subsequently maintained, all that in order to manage the company processes and the organization towards more efficient and better customer satisfaction.

To enhance the level of transparency and efficiency in the management and to improve the organization through precise procedures and rules of conduct, IMPA adopted the Organization Model and the Code of Ethics in compliance with the provisions required by Legislative Decree no. 231/01.
Built in line with the company's governance, the Model is a set of principles, rules and provisions that affect the internal functioning of the Company and the relations to the outside, activating a control system aimed at guaranteeing conditions of transparency and correctness, and preventing crimes referred to in Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The adoption of the "Model 231" is part of a wider process of Responsibility which involves the implementation of key projects for organizational improvement and the enhancement and protection of work, of the resources used and of the environment. Sustainability, environmental protection and sharing of declared values are the principles underlying the Responsibility that IMPA wants to show in every aspect of its work.
