Privacy statement pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/03 – Personal Data Protection Code
This page contains information on the methods for managing the personal data of users who consult and interact with our site by filling out the contact form.
The company policy for the processing of this data complies with the Italian regulations in force and with the latest recommendations issued by the European authorities regarding internet privacy protection(document drafted by the Group to protect the privacy of people during the processing of their personal data established by the 95/46/CE Directive) and adopted on 17 May 2001.
Consequently, all the information relating to the collection and management of this data is reported below, as well as the obligations of the owner of the processing (data controller) and the rights of the users.
Data Controller
Data concerning identified or identifiable subjects can be processed following consultation of this website.
The data controller is IMPA SPA, con sede in Via Crevada, 9/E - 31020 San Pietro di Feletto (TV).
Data processing location
The processing and storage of the data takes place in the aforementioned offices of IMPA SRL.
Purpose and methods of the data processing
The navigation and session data are only collected for statistical purposes.
The personal data provided by users who request the sending of informative materials (newsletters, requests for information, quotations, CDs, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and are only communicated to third parties if necessary for this purpose (e.g. to send materials).
The data is processed based on their storage in electronic files at the company, for the time strictly necessary to perform the purposes for which said data was collected.
The data is managed by technical personnel assigned to the processing or by external companies hired to perform the processing, with which Artisport has entered into a confidential agreement, for the sole purpose of carrying out occasional maintenance operations of the web service. No data deriving from this service shall be communicated to other parties or disseminated.
Type of data processed
Navigation data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures set up for the functioning of this website acquire some personal data, (log files) transmission of which is implicit in the user of the internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with the data subjects identified, but which by its very nature, could allow users to be identified, through its processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or computer domain names used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of acquiring anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, and to check its correct functioning and is cancelled immediately after the processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website and could be shown to the Judicial Authority, if they explicitly make a request.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of an email to the addresses indicated in this website or the completion of the contact form entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary for replying to the requests, as well as any other personal data contained in the message.
Specific concise information concerning personal data shall be progressively reported or displayed in the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.
Cookies
No personal data of the users is acquired by the website through cookies.
Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are user-tracking and identification systems used.
The use of so-called cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for allowing the secure and efficient exploration of the website and used exclusively for statistical purposes (i.e. to survey the number of visitors per month and the number of returning visitors).
Cookies can be deleted by the navigator using the special functions of the user’s browser.
Rights of data subjects
The user is not obligated to provide the personal data contained in the contact forms. Therefore the user has the option of not providing this information, knowing that the failure to provide the data marked as obligatory could make it impossible to fulfil the request.
Data subjects to whom the personal data refers, have the right, at any moment, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of said data and to learn its content and origin, check its accuracy or ask for its integration, updating, or rectification (art.7 of Leg. Decree No. 196/2003).
Pursuant to this article, users have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as opposing its processing for legitimate reasons.
