According to article 13 D. Lgs, 196/2003 IMPA S.p.a., as Controller, informs you about the purpose and the use of personal data, its communication and diffusion and the nature of the requested information.

1. Purposes of the processing

Information collected by the Controller through our website www.impa.it (by filling in the form in the "Contacts" section, sent via email, via the newsletter subscription or otherwise communicated through the site) are processed and used for the following purposes:

a) providing you the services and information requested;

b) providing you advertising/commercial information about the Controller's products and services, with your prior consent, via email, SMS, MMS, fax;

c) evaluating you job application (such as evaluation of the data, educational qualifications, knowledge of foreign languages, previous professional experiences, etc.), in the event that you have voluntarily sent us your curriculum vitae through the form in the "Work With Us" section of our website.

2. How are the personal data are processed

Personal data are processed using paper and electronic supports by the internal personnel in charge. Data are stored in paper or electronics archives according to minimum security measures required by law.

3. Nature of requests for providing data

Providing data for the purposes of art. 1 letter. a) above is obligatory and failure to provide will make impossible to supply the requested service/information. Providing data for the purposes of art. 1 letter. b) and c) is voluntary.

4. Communication of the Personal Data

Personal data may be accessible to third parties such as information technology service providers, agents, distributors, sub-distributors, contractors and Controller's subsidiaries and/or affiliates. In such cases the Controller will take all the necessary measures to bind the third party to comply with privacy law.

You have the right to obtain: a) the update, the correction, or the integration of the data, when interested; b) the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of the data which have been processed unlawfully in addition to the data which do not need to be preserved in relation to the purposes for which the said data have been collected and subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations pursuant to letter a) and b) have been made known, also with regards to their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or published, with the exception of those cases in which the said fulfillment becomes either impossible or requires the use of means disproportionate to the protected right.

You have the right to oppose partially or in full: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data personal even if the data pertain to the purpose of the data collection; b) to the processing of your personal data for purposes related either to advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market research or for commercial communication.
